Encamp Events no longer offers the standard package (we deliver, set up, Style & clean up the next day). We only offer our DIY Package.
Our DIY packages require customers to pick up sleepover kits at a designated location & set up on their own with step-by-step instructions included. Customers will pack & return all items the following day. We will do all the laundry & disinfecting for you! Items included: tents, mattresses, mattress protectors, fitted sheets, throw blankets, decorative pillows, trays, lanterns, garlands, string lights and a personalized party sign.
*Important note: Each tent has dimensions of 48×48. Please make sure your vehicle is spacious enough to accommodate both the tents and the sleepover kit.

As soon as possible! We are mostly a weekend business and tend to book up fast.
Encamp Events does not refund any cancellations. If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate your new date.
Please fill out our BOOKING INQUIRY FORM. We will then contact you to book your party. An invoice will be emailed for deposit, as well as a contract. Your party is not booked until your deposit has been paid and the contract has been signed.
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full 7 days PRIOR to your event. Failure to pay will result in cancellation of your party. Your party is not booked until your deposit has been paid and the contract has been signed. You may add additional tents if they are available, but they cannot be subtracted after the initial booking.
Delivery within Rapid City limits is included in our package pricing. Locations which exceed this will have an additional travel fee. Please contact us for details. We reserve the right to decline due to distance.
Each mattress/tent combo measures approximately 48” x 75” at minimum.
Encamp Events requires that the designated tent area be clean and cleared of furniture. We will not move furniture to make room for your event. We can arrange tents in various configurations depending on your space. Please reference our layout sheet for specific space requirements of several common layouts. If you have any questions regarding space and layouts, please contact us.
We don’t stay and host the party, but we ensure everything you need for your event is included in the sleepover kit.
Yes, BYOP! (Bring your own pillow!) We do not provide sleeping pillows for hygiene reasons. We will provide a super soft, twin size throw blanket, but if the weather or home temperature is cold we suggest providing additional blankets.
Our standard rental period is one night. Each additional night is $30 per tent/per night, if available.
Please allow 2 – 2.5 hours for unloading and set-up and approximately 1 – 1.5 hour for take down and loading.

Once your event is booked, you will be contacted by email or phone. We will work with you to schedule both pick up time & drop off time for your event.
We take the cleanliness of our tents and accessories very seriously. All tents, trays, lighting and throw pillows are sprayed and/or wiped down with disinfectant, and cleaned after each party. All blankets and sheets are washed in hypoallergenic detergents in hot water after each party.
Our tents are for indoor use only.
Upon receipt of your booking request, we will contact you to review the Terms and Conditions prior to paying the deposit. Encamp Events provides you with a contract with our policy and terms of our service agreement with the assumption that you have read and agreed to them by signing the contract. Please ask for clarification if there are any questions regarding the policies before reserving your party.
